Q: Are the products on RELBE Beauty authentic?
A: Yes. RELBE Beauty is an officially authorized distributor for all the Korean brands we carry. Every product is sourced directly from the official brand headquarters in South Korea, ensuring 100% authenticity and quality.
Q: Do the products come with English labels or instructions?
A: Yes. All imported products comply with local regulations and include English labels, ingredient lists, and usage instructions either on the packaging or on the product page.
Q: How can I check the manufacturing or expiry date?
A: Korean products usually display either the manufacturing date (MFG) or expiry date (EXP) in YYYY.MM.DD format. We carefully manage our inventory to ensure products have at least 18–24 months of remaining shelf life unless otherwise stated.
Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Product suitability varies from person to person. We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page and performing a patch test before first use.

Q: Where are my orders shipped from?
A: All orders are shipped from our local warehouse in Singapore, allowing us to deliver your products quickly without long overseas waiting times.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days.
Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over SGD $40. Orders below SGD $40 are charged a flat shipping fee of SGD $4.99.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Q: Do you offer self-collection?
A: At the moment, we only offer local delivery within Singapore.
Returns & Support
Q: What is your return policy?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of purchase.
Q: What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
A: We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at relbebeautysingapore@gmail.com, together with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
