1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with Relbe Beauty, Singapore's authorized distributor of premium Korean beauty brands. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following:

• Singapore (all postal codes)

3. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Speedpost Standard Delivery (Singapore): 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or peak periods.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free Speedpost Standard Delivery on all Singapore orders above SGD $50.

• Standard shipping fee: SGD $3.99 for orders below SGD $50.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our courier partner's website.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Relbe Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at relbebeautysingapore@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

1) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

2) Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number. If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please notify us within 3 business days. We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and, if the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and check with household members, neighbours, your building concierge, or parcel locker before reporting a missing parcel.
