Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
If you wish to return or exchange an item after receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit your request. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
Due to handling and operational costs, a S$5 processing fee will apply to each approved return or exchange. Customers are also responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for opened or used personal care products, unless they are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your returned item is received and inspected.
