1. Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Apply shampoo mainly to the scalp. Massage gently with fingertips until it lathers, focusing on oil- and product-prone areas.
3. Work the lather lightly through the lengths, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat only if the scalp is very oily or has heavy build-up.
4. Follow with a suitable conditioner on the mid-lengths and ends.

Avoid scratching the scalp with nails. Keep out of eyes — rinse with water if contact occurs.
